Rochefort Management is a joint venture between Hayman Capital Management and Serengeti Asset Management, created to participate in the Critical Technologies Initiative (CTI). The CTI combines the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and its Office of Strategic Capital’s robust scientific and technical expertise and national security mission with the Small Business Administration’s experience in executing their highly successful programs.
Our Mission
Focus on providing capital to middle market borrowers
We specialize in providing debt capital ranging from $5 to $25 million or more to middle market borrowers. Our target borrowers often face challenges accessing conventional funding due to non-conforming credit metrics. We offer a cost-effective alternative to equity financing, empowering founders to minimize dilution during pivotal growth phases that can significantly enhance value. With extensive experience in complex lending situations, we act decisively and efficiently to support transformational growth.
